Online tickets (24 h)

Ticketmaster's online store allows you to buy e-mail tickets, which you will have to print out yourself (TicketFast), or you can order tickets to be delivered by mail (available up to 30 days before the event).  For an additional fee, you can reserve tickets and collect them from a box office or an R-Kioski outlet.

  • E-mail tickets (TicketFast): €1.50–3.50 per ticket (depending on the price of the ticket; see Service fees)
  • Mailed tickets: €1.50–3.50 per ticket (see Service fees) + €10 per order (Finland) / €40 per order (other countries)
  • Ticket reservation: €2 per ticket (to be paid when the tickets are collected)

Box office

Ticketmaster has over 80 box offices where you can directly buy tickets, or pay and collect tickets reserved online or via the telephone service. For contact information and opening hours, go to:

Telephone service (Mon–Sat from 8 am–9 pm, Sun and holidays from 10 am–6 pm)

You can reserve tickets via the telephone service. The reservation fee is included in the call price. You can pay and collect the reserved tickets from a box office or an R-Kioski outlet. Up until 30 days before the event, you can also order tickets to be mailed to you.

  • Tickets collected from a box office €1.50–3.50 per ticket (see Service fees) or from an R-Kioski outlet €2.50 per ticket
  • Mailed tickets: €10 per order (Finland) / €40 per order (other countries)

R-Kioski outlets

Tickets that have been reserved in advance online or via the telephone service can be paid and collected at R-Kioski outlets.

  • Service fee €2.50 per ticket

Ticket price €10 or less – service fee €1.50 per ticket

Ticket price €10.01–39.99 – service fee €2.50 per ticket

Ticket price €40 or more – service fee €3.50 per ticket

How to save money when buying your tickets

The least expensive method for buying individual tickets in advance is to buy them online (an e-mail ticket that you print out yourself) or from a box office.

Ticket sale at the door

If tickets remain for sale at the door, the box office at the actual venue is open for business for one hour prior to the start of the event. Tel. +358 (0) 50 572 9759 (during box office opening hours).

Group reservations

For groups of 10 or more people Cirko gives a 10% discount on tickets for performances at Cirko Center. Discount price does not include performances in other venues.

The lowest price category includes students, under 18-year-olds, conscripts, civilian serviceman, unemployed and professionals. Pensioners get approximately 10% discount on full priced tickets. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
